  • Local pickup and delivery within the same city.
  • Same-day or scheduled delivery available.
  • Store pickup option may be available.
  • Ideal for fresh sweets and urgent orders.

Zone B – Regional (Within 500 KM)

  • Origin to destination within 500 kilometers.
  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.
  • Only products suitable for transit are shipped.

Zone C – Metro to Metro

  • Delivery between major metro cities.
  • Estimated delivery time will be shared after order confirmation.
  • Product availability may vary based on shelf life.

Zone D – Rest of India

  • Delivery to non-metro and remote regions across India.
  • Delivery timelines may be longer depending on location.
  • Orders are accepted only for items suitable for longer transit.

Zone E – Special Zones

(Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, North East – excluding Manipur)

  • Delivery subject to courier service availability.
  • Transit time may be extended.
  • Certain perishable items may not be available for shipping.

Zone F – Special Zones

(Kashmir, Manipur, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands)

  • Delivery availability is limited.
  • Orders are accepted only after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary significantly.
  • Only selected items can be shipped due to logistics constraints.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on zone, distance, and order value.
  • Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

Payment Methods

  • Online Payments: Securely processed via Razorpay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected zones and eligible orders.

Failed Delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal at delivery are not eligible for refund.
  • COD orders refused at delivery may lead to restriction on future COD orders.
